Woodland Friends

Woodland FriendsAs part of our ongoing commitment to the environment and growth, we have chosen to support The Woodland Friends Partnership.

Britain is one of the least wooded countries in Europe with less than 2% covered in native ancient woodland. Woodland Friends is dedicated to recreating native woodland in the UK by turning redundant agricultural land into new, thriving woodland. All current plantings are in Hundred Acer Wood, their site in the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire. The woodland creation projects are managed for the benefit of the local community, creating natural habitats where people can visit to stroll, contemplate, learn and observe.

When you decide to work with us, you are also supporting this native woodland as we buy and plant a tree for every customer who joins us. By helping to create new woodland, we are reducing our net carbon footprint and providing a natural environment for people and wildlife to enjoy and thrive in. We enjoy knowing that alongside the growth of your business, new saplings are being planted and nurtured until they also are strong and thriving.

You can find out more about Woodland Friends and the great work they do there by visiting their website. They have some really nice pictures in their Virtual Tour.
